I serached for 6 months and then I just decided to wait to enroll at work and now I am TTC. They should be able to direct you to the proper resources. I live in WA and we have a program called Basic Health which is very affordable. I am looking into it because my hubby missed the last enrollment period too. So don't feel bad. It doesn't mean they are incapable of being a good Father for goodness sake!
