Which is the best plan to go on? I dont qualify for free or welfare coverage or anything so I have to get normal coverage. Which is better, blue cross or blue sheild? Please help with any suggestions!

Just found out I was being charge for maternity coverage for the past 5 yrs when I never needed it. Just got a major price difference without it. Can I get a reimbursement?

I am pregnant and in between jobs and was wondering if anyone knew of a health plan in FL that covers maternity. I most likely do not qualify for medicaid, therefore, any additional info you can provide would be helpful.
